Dance Therapy

Beginner dance class in Sydney for stress relief, confidence and connection

293,000 people watched a Dance Therapy Reel this year and discovered something Sydney's been keeping quiet. Every session since has sold out.

Held in the heart of Sydney's queer neighbourhood - Darlinghurst, the format is: guided movement, pop music, no pressure, and social connection that's actually good for you. No dance experience needed. No performance. Just you, the music, and the room.

This July themed sessions each Thursday:

Slayyyter - July 2

Madonna - July 9

TLC - July 16

Ariana Grande - July 23

Sessions have sold out every week recently.

Dance Therapy is a fun, beginner-friendly dance class designed to help you reset after work, lift your mood, and feel more energised for the rest of the week.

Held in a real nightclub space, this early-evening experience combines music, guided movement, and social connection in a welcoming LGBTQ+ inclusive environment.

Think of it as your weekly mental health reset, with pop music and great people.

No alcohol. No mirrors. No pressure to perform.

Just movement, confidence-building, and community.

Will I feel awkward coming alone?

Most participants attend solo, especially on their first visit. Within minutes, people usually feel more relaxed and part of the group. Many return weekly and form lasting connections.
